Upon her genesis at Rosebud, she directed the firm’s first investment allocation strategy into the commodities market by developing procurement opportunities of African sourced gold and oil. Ms. Singh has continued to generate potential investor returns for Rosebud Ventures through her ability to connect and monetize established IT, political, and defense partnerships with growth stage founder focused companies that provide product market fit solutions in the AI, data processing, energy, geospatial software, and biotech sectors. Ms. Sandhira Singh has been an esteemed South African Government Representative for the Finance Minister office and the South African President’s Executive advisory board since 2003. Ms. Singh holds an active high level security clearance within the South Africa Government securities cluster and has successfully represented the SA government on official government-to-government, and government-to-private sector business transactions globally. Singh has acquired distinguished political regard through her integrous and principled approach to international government dealings with transitionary public-to-private opportunities across 35 diverse countries to date.
Prior to her involvement in investment fund strategy, Ms. Singh acquired an extensive 23 years’ experience in the successful alignment and deployment of IT solution systems (SARS e-filing), I.T. Defense and security projects, and Energy Management, for governmentally institutionalized global markets to include the SA President’s office and Executive Advisory board. Singh’s considerable exposure to strategic project and business development for the South African government and widespread neighboring African countries, has afforded her the ability to understand and implement Local/SADC regions, and international market requirements in the following sectors: Strategic planning, Policy Development, Proactive Management-International Business for State Owned Entities of the South African Government, and more.
Ms. Singh serves as the CEO of RS Consortium and is responsible for overseeing international relations associated with peace deals, trades, socioeconomics, and capital fundraising for government projects, human rights, and environmental impact sustainability. Her work also includes the negotiation process of treaties and international agreements prior to political endorsement.
